Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Sisu account and associated personal data. Deactivation-only is not offered. Deletion removes the account.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Sisu and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account, type DELETE, and confirm.
Deletion usually finishes immediately. You are signed out when it succeeds.
Without the app
Email support@getsisu.com from the same address you use to sign in. Include “Delete Sisu account” in the subject. We complete verified requests within 30 days (usually faster).
What we delete
- Your login (Apple / Google) and profile (name, email, avatar).
- Squad membership. If you were the last member, the squad is removed. Otherwise leadership moves to the next longest-standing member.
- Open goals you own (they are cancelled). Proof photos you uploaded.
- Chat messages you sent, and your saved card / Stripe customer record.
What we keep
Payment and settlement records (amounts, Stripe payment and transfer IDs, anonymised labels) as needed for fraud, accounting, and law. They are not shown as your profile in the app after deletion.
Unpaid fail stake
If you have a failed monetary cycle that is not paid yet, deletion is blocked until that charge succeeds or is resolved in the app. That prevents charging a card after the account is gone.
